Everyone was so nice and efficient in the Aiken, SC store! It was busy yesterday and the General Manager jumped in and helped!! One of their lens makers was also very nice and helpful!!! I truly enjoy getting my glasses here!! Keep rocking the customer service!

My granddaughter lost her glasses to the ocean. First visit to Eyemart Express. What a pleasant surprise. Mark (GM) took such great care of us. He was professional, efficient, and compassionate. He made our mistake into a bonus. What a fantastic experience we had at Eyemart Express. Can’t recommend them enough…Thank you,

The shipment took longer than other orders to be delivered and there is something wrong with the lens in that the right vision field is blurred as if the bifocal is higher on the right than the left.
