This was the first time I’ve ordered glasses online. It was an excellent experience. It was a fun ordering process with using their digital try it now feature and the glasses I ordered arrived in a very timely manner & I was able to wear them right out of the box. Absolutely no adjustments needed. I will be ordering more. There are so many designs to choose from. I highly recommend this company.

So I have bought the Eyeque device based on good reviews and thought it would work for us however me and my wife's both EGN's are not clear and still blurry . We are un -insured and went to the Optometrist initially and since our numbers were not given correct and that was the actual reason of buying this device. I did not mean to leave a negative comment however it is my honest feedback that we are not satisfied with the trial glasses as both of us cannot see with clarity. I hope someone from Eyeque would assist us in this manner .

The prescription was right on. Wish you made progressives.

Results of testing are inaccurate. The sphere is 2.0 diopters less than my prescription from an optometrist. I could not recommend ordering glasses based on the readings from the EyeQue device.

Very good service. They were able to double check my results and help me verify my eye glass numbers before committing the order. I was impressed by the quality of vision correction delivered from a smartphone app. Highly recommend.

The guy tried to help, but it simply doesn't work very well.

Hello Noel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to learn you were not happy with your experience. After checking your results, I saw that your consistency was quite good and you were able to generate an EyeGlass Number. One of our agents will reach out to you separately to follow up in detail.

Technology is good but needs better ease of use. I am a professional engineer and even me took a long time to setup and difficult to get accurate reading. Make this easier and has the potential to be groundbreaking. Very happy with personalized support which goes well above and beyond what I experienced for a $70 gadget.

The response was fast and in general my questions were answered. The only problem was it took two times to get my question answered. In fairness this was as much me as support. I will always use and recommend EyeQue. Bob F
