Hello Tomasz,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration and would like to clarify a few key points.
First, the statement you're referring to—"Ezoic can really save publishers a lot of time and stress in making sure that their sites will not be slapped with an Adsense Policy violation"—is being taken out of context from a 2015 blog post. It was meant to emphasize that Ezoic provides great tools to help reduce the chances of violations, but it is not an absolute promise ("CAN really save"), as such claims would be unrealistic.
Regarding the AdSense account suspension, it’s important to note that Ezoic does not have control over Google’s decisions to disable accounts. In your case, we did everything we could to investigate the issue with Google, including contacting a representative, but unfortunately, their processes are proprietary, and they shared limited information with us. From reviewing the ticket history, it seems that the issue could theoretically have been triggered by a service page on your site displaying no real content, which you didn´t notice for some time and could have led to a violation for too many ads relative to content. However, this is only an assumption based on what we can see now. Ezoic’s system never places excessive ads, and for over a decade, we've successfully helped protect thousands of publishers from other common violations, such as offensive content or invalid traffic.
As for the withheld payment, this is a direct result of Google withholding the funds due to the policy violation. We understand how disappointing this is, but this decision was made by Google, and as a Google publishing partner, we are required to adhere to their policies. This situation is not unique to Ezoic—any platform managing ads would have had to comply with the same rules.
It’s also important to remember that as the website owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your site complies with Google’s policies. While we provide tools and support to help prevent issues, we cannot override or reverse Google’s decisions. Our support team worked hard to assist you and tried multiple times to find a resolution, but unfortunately, this is outside of our control. It's unfair to blame us for this, as we didn’t cause the issue, nor do we have the ability to influence Google's final decision.
We understand your frustration, but we hope this clarifies our role in this matter.
