It's been a great experience working with the Ezoic team so far! They are quite helpful and professional. I'd also like to mention my account optimization specialist, Matt, who's been nothing short of a gem! He has done a great job with the setup and has also shared useful advice on some of my concerns. I just want to share my fantastic onboarding experience with Ezoic. I started the process myself, but somehow got stuck along the way, I haven't known my application status and what else I need to do in order to complete the procedure. I am switching from AdSense and the setup is a bit different here. Then, I was contacted by their Optimization Specialist who welcomed me and informed me about my onboarding status and which steps remain to be completed. He offered his assistance to help me with the remaining steps, by offering tailored customization for my site based on my priorities (boost revenue, improve UX experience, etc). During the setup process, I was continuously receiving invaluable information about the Ezoic platform, how it works, what do I need to know in order to have success with Ezoic, useful tips, and other learning resources in order to get the most of the platform. They are open and happy to answer any questions you might have. My initial impression of Ezoic is beyond 5 stars, and I believe it will continue in that fashion. Thanks again for being part of Ezoic!

Made an ezoic account and forgot about it cause I wasn't very hopeful, but then I was contacted by one of their optimization specialists named Matt Lawson. He helped me get up site set up and integrated and he was super helpful cause I would not have figured it out by myself. Can't wait to see my website and revenue growth with ezoic!

Despite a mediocre onboarding experience that may leave you with questions, as long as you use tutorial videos, you should be fine. I wish I would've changed to Ezoic several years ago, because my ad revenue has jumped two to three times, and given me many more opportunities with my business and just more financial flexibility. I tried the speed tool and probably wouldn't use it over other offerings, and I've heard it artificially generates a great pagespeed score despite only small improvements. BUT, as far as their ad rev program, I can't say enough good things. I came from Adsense after four years with plain Adsense (so much wasted ad revenue), but have not tried mediavine (because i didn't fit the niche), or AdThrive, because my website is pretty seasonal and they like more steady pageviews.

Ezoic have charged me twice & did not refunded my payment. they have failed to speed up website as there team informed after 2 months that we can't speed up website and will refund you & now it has been 3 months NO REFUND RECEIVED ........... that's a scam as they take over control on your domain and then blackmailing starts. Shame on Ezoic. I haven't had their ads in two weeks. They've been arguing for two weeks. Now they have found a satisfaction that the problem is in my device. It's still a rare mistake, but that their "technicians" can't fix broken ads, so they don't. The problem is still somewhere else but not with them. This is a disastrous company, their quality is deteriorating every year! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I really loved working with Matt. It was so easy and he was extremely helpful. I found Ezoic to be an excellent company with great service. I love that Matt and I could set up some time to talk and have my questions or concerns answered. Matt took a real interest in my websites and really worked hard to help me. A wonderful all-around experience.

as of today i completed 1 month with ezoic, as far my experience with ezoic is really really awesome, my earning increased 70-80% as compared to adsense. my account manage Yiota Cornelisse mam, she literally helped and guided me to get on with ezoic, mam is really supportive with all steps, all i can say ezoic staffs are really supportive and they actually know how to perfectly help newbies like me. thanks ezoic. wish for bright future.
