Most helpful staff for any online platform I've used. Ezoic has been great so far, I've been with them just over a month now. I must say, seeing the negative reviews on here is a little surprising since my experience so far has been stellar. And no, I don't get paid to say this, I'm just a user that's been impressed by a helpful service with a human touch, a rarity in today's online business offerings. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Customer service has been great, the person working with me got my site all set up and earning revenue. Whenever I had questions they answered them. My epmv has been pretty good so far, about $10 per 1k views on average. The one bad side is the site speed goes very low with ezoic. It was to the point my Google search concole was sending me "core vital" errors. I've put site speed accelator on which seems to make a big difference. Will take 28 days before Google updates the search console information. The one down side is that I have to pay $20 a month. I feel like that should be included if I'm using their ads because that's what slows my site down. Also I don't use the premium but that is a little iffy to me. You have to pay monthly for that and then it might give you more money. So far my experience has been great. There are a few changes I would make, but overall I'm happy and it's way better then using AdSense.

Ezoic works like a charm once it has been set up properly and, depending on the setup, yields great results. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but after everything was set up properly with the help of a representative, my experience was completely positive.

First they damaged my sites SSL and made the whole site "Not secured". Second we got attacked by a false claim that regarding our site. (That it was used for illegal stuff). Ezoic could easily investigated the issue and seen that it was a totally false claim by someone that where trying to attack our business, instead they just removed us from their service and never did anything about it. We lost several months of revenue because of it. EDIT: Also their business model is really weird "pay to *maybe* get more revenue"

I was trying Ezoic for 9 months, put in a lot of work and went away now because of several things. 1. Their support is questionable. My first support manager was reachable but was not really helpful with technical questions and not transparent, not giving straight answers. Then I got a new one, felt like I was downgraded (because of corona related drop in revenue maybe?) and replying then took between a few days to 1 week. Not enough for me. 2. Page was significantly slowing down, in tests the speed accelerator crashed some functionality of my page. Interesting is, that back-then opinion of Ezoic was that the Google page speed metrics do not really matter, but the real user experience. When Site speed accelerator was released, this opinion suddenly changed. After switching off and using Adsense again the speed increased a lot. 3. In the beginning the revenue was nice but started dropping a lot a few months later and stayed super low. I communicated that to the support and was assured, all was alright and it was the market. Running a split test with adsense showed that I even made more revenue with Adsense, so there obviously was something wrong. For me Ezoic is not transparent, not trustworthy and has a bad community management (deleting comments, closing threads before they are fully discussed...). It is a nice idea but this young company still has a long way to go. I cannot recommend it now.

I monetise my website in France with Kevin. My revenues are much better since I started using Ezoic and I would definitely recommend any publisher to give it a try. If you're interested in big data analytics, their reporting is a must have if you want to have a technical advantage. Plus, the new site speed tool skyrocketed my website at 86 on mobile on page speed insights (I was at 47 with WP Rocket). Go try it
