I just purchased a bass from Fenders MOD Shop. This is, by far, the sweetest thing I've ever laid my hands on. OMG! Everything about my new bass is more than perfect! And it plays as well as it looks , and it is breathtaking! Well done! Brilliant!

I recently had a disappointing experience with my Rumble 40 bass amps, as two of them failed within six months. After the first amp stopped working a couple of months in, I received a warranty replacement from Fender. Unfortunately, the second amp also crapped out, which led me to lose faith in Fender products altogether. I requested my money back but learned that Fender doesn’t offer refunds. Fortunately, Kane from Consumer Relations was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded me to a Rumble 100 and kept me updated throughout the process, providing shipment tracking details along the way. I received it a week after reaching out to him. Kane also reminded me of Fender's two-year warranty, which gives me confidence that I’ll receive excellent support if my Rumble 100 fails. Fingers crossed that it doesn't!

Thanks for this. We are pushing the issue up the ladder to see if there is anything going on. We don't see this type of thing often, so I'm sure it will be smooth sailing from here on out.
