FFWD Wheels USAReviews of ffwdusa.com

Shipped extremely fast. Was contacted immediately via email to confirm placement of rotors that were ordered with wheel set (front and rear brake rotors are not the same size). Arrived in good condition.

Online help was amazing and the ordering experience could not have been easier.

Great wheels fast shipping

Fastest shipping ever! Great product and well packaged. Would buy from these folks again without question.

Have always wanted FFWD wheels, but been unwilling to pay the price premium over brands such as Hunt, especially when that premium does not include the DT Swiss Hubs, This 15% price discount made the difference. It reduced the price premium from close to 50% to less than 20% on 55mm deep wheels from Hunt and the 303S Zipp hookless wheels. The buying experience was quick and easy and the wheels were at my door 3 days after the order was placed. I would have liked the option to have tubeless tires factory installed. Have really enjoyed the wheels and they have been great in the very windy spring here in Dallas. Very manageable in cross winds, and only had one instance of total flow separation in a 25mph gust with a 90 degree cross wind that resulted in an instant 5" sideways wobble.

The communication and care was that of a small business, if not the type of passion of a founder. The wheel build is impressive, and the supply chain management is something many other bike businesses should learn from. Nothing is perfect, and I had a foreign object rattling around in the dish area of my front RAW wheel, but it was taken care of so quickly and with such little question that this may be the easiest referral I can make to friends.

I had an initial problem at checkout and contacted customer service. Amazingly I was contacted within 15 minutes by an actual human being! Pam quickly diagnosed the issue and I placed my order. Super customer service and the shipping was terrific. Excellent transaction all around.
