Easy to use buying interface, quick shipping. My wheels came carefully packed in a carrying case with tape and presta valves installed. Everything looks prestine.

I needed a second set of wheels to throw on my gravel bike for pavement only rides. The Tyros seemed to fit the bill, so I figured I'd give them a shot. The price was great and shipping was like lightning. I set them up tubeless with Schwalbe Pro Ones; mounted them completely by hand and got them to seat first try with a hand pump. I really like that the tubeless rim tape and valves are already installed. After my first 40km test ride I'm already super confident on them, they seem very well built. The only thing that bummed me out was that they didn't come with a bag like all of the articles I came across mentioned, guess it's to be expected at this price point.

Hi George, thanks for your review! Since the beginning of 2021 FFWD does not provide a padded wheel bag for the TYRO due to the aggressive price point. We appreciate your business and stoked to have you on #teamFFWD!

The parts I needed (rear disc wheel track axle) were easy to find on the site and the ordering process was simple. I was pleased that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly as I was 100% certain what I needed to fix my wheel to begin with. The parts were shipped/delivered quickly and were exactly what I needed to get back on the velodrome! Overall, I was very satisfied.

Customer service was top notch. All of my questions were answered via email very quickly, my order shipped the same day I put it in and the wheels arrived in 4 days. First ride last night - some of the best carbon wheels I have ridden hands down. Coming from a history with Enve 3.4s and Zipp 303s.
