FFWD Wheels USAReviews of ffwdusa.com

Long story short I had an absolute NIGHTMARE situation with MERCURY WHEELS this summer before going with FFWD, or what I should have done the entire time. The customer support was always on top of things and very communicative and thats what I expect when spending this much money on an item. I will absolutely be a customer for life as long as the wheels hold up as well as the customer service.

Badass!!!!!

I just got these wheels after an accident. I love how clean the design is with the DT SWiss 240 hubs. The wheels arrived in two boxes, well packaged with a really nice wheel bag from FFWD. The advertising on the box was awesome! A box of confidence. The customer service by email was amazing. Great followup! Great staff!

Good support and quick delivery

Great website. Easy ordering. Fast shipping.

Great buying experience from my initial time researching the wheels getting immediate, and exact answers via live chat, to a few days faster than expected delivery. The wheels themselves through the first few rides are great and make my front wheel especially feel like it is magnetized to the road. Don't worry about 45mm depth in crosswinds. Just road in an extremely strong crosswind now, and it was nothing that could not be managed.

First rate service from start to finish. Got in touch and have looked out for me through the process.

Online Sales rep made buying experience personal. Friendly company to work with.
