Bob Sypniewski, called me after I submitted a loan inquiry online. He explained the process and the different products they offered. He told me that Alex would contact me shortly. Decent service, be sure to do your own research before hand and ask a lot of questions. Wish there was more communication at times. I enjoyed working with those that I worked with. Just inquire about the process before hand, everyone's finances are different and their system may not always apply or work well for your background.
