My glasses arrived in a timely manner! Great quality and so cute!

I bought a pair of everyday glasses with the magnetic clip-on feature. Unfortunately, I brought the fragile sun clip-on and wanted to replace it. I looked on the website and when I couldn't find the part without the full pair of glasses, I wrote to customer care. I just wanted the part that snaps on the same pair of glasses because I bought them because of that particular feature, and even though there is no RX or manipulation needed to replace the seperate lense, they told me that they cannot sell the magnetic clip-on lense seperately and asked me to buy a whole new set of glasses, even though my glasses are still perfectly fine. Also, there is a high risk of breakage considering the sun lense is very thin and fragile and it is a mobile part that we take on and off all the time. I wanted to buy the piece, I am not even asking for charity, I would have paid for it - as it is possible to do so with many of the other online glasses websites, but because of the very poor customer service and quality, I will not be buying my glasses with them anymore.

Todo perfecto y rápido, hubo una incoherencia en la receta de la óptica con los datos que pusimos y enseguida contactaron para aclararlo antes de graduar los cristales. Se agradece muchísimo el trato excelente. El precio insuperable y aunque dudaba si quedarían bien las gafas solo por la foto sin probarlas en físico las 4 gafas que pedimos para casi toda la familia quedaron perfectas. Las gafas de sol sorprendentemente buenas y en general todas se ven calidad esperada. Todo correcto y rápido aún con el inconveniente del error de la receta. Volveremos a repetir sin duda!

I own two glasses from Firmoo. There’s alot of sales online for good prices. I added anti reflection coating. I was able to customize the materials for my glasses. I worn heavy glassss before and it could be overstimulating for me. So I order polycarbonate lense. The glasses I received are the lightest glasses I ever owned. The quality is so good. The glasses come exactly like the photos online.

My glasses arrived today and I am more than delighted 😊! I picked one pair with magnetic sunglasses and another pair I got free of charge. I simply love them! I usually paid over £200 for my glasses at the opticians and I am so clumsy to break them or loose them, so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. Seriously, I would never guess they are cheaper. Let's be honest most of the branded glasses have the brand mentioned on the inside anyways..
