Use this company at your own risk! When we booked our flight, the ‘agent’ said the advertised rate was no longer available. The new rate was about 50% higher than the rate we booked online. Then she said there is an agency fee of over $500. This was not advertised either. Disappointing, but I went ahead and booked the flight. Over the following month, my credit card information was either used by someone at flightsnest or sold on the dark web. About a dozen fraudulent charges were made to that card. That card had not been used for months and was only used to pay for the airline ticket through flightsnest. Edit to respond: I do not care to reveal my confirmation number, since there are reviews that say they got to the time of the trip only to find out their booking had been cancelled. If I were to give you that information, what do you propose to do about this situation? Would you refund the difference in ticket price from the advertised rate or refund the additional fee that was not previously disclosed? My credit card has been closed and the credit card company has been infinitely more helpful than your company would be. Be assured this is not a fake review.

this company is a scam
this company is a scam. you buy a ticket at the displayed price. then it turns out that no one is going to give you a ticket for the money you paid. offer an alternative option much more expensive. do not want to cancel the order

I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. First time using Flights Nest

The flight I got would have been way more at any other site. Also they answer the phone and deal with you right away.
The follow through is great it’s efficient. I bought good tickets at a great price.
