I took a trip in July of 2022 through Flynest.com And my return flight was randomly canceled by the airline with no options of other flight returns.. And flynest wasn't helping me get a return ticket with the same purchase. And today 03/09/2023 im Still trying to collect my return flight money on 2 tickets. As they keep telling me that the managers aren't in office and than that i will get a call back. I never get a call back. After 6 months i get an email requesting my personal Banking information to refund my money. And i paid with a credit card. And never has any company ever requested for my banking information to refund me money. I dont know what to do anymore to get my refund. Can anyone help with the information on what i can do. And who ever email me wont respond to my emails.

Booking was easy and the cheapest prices I could find.

The communication was fantastic. My flight I booked was canceled, but my customer service agent was able to find another flight for the same cost and the same flight times. I was very impressed!

The only issue, was when I bought the ticket at first, it cost one price and then I had to pay $100+ more the next day when I received a call that the flight back there were no seats in the cabin so I had to upgrade if I wanted the same date, though I had paid for it thinking I was all set because that’s what was advertised. I was able to pay about $50 less for the new price thanks to Mary Jones, but that was still a lot of money to pay for the flight when the original was definitely less.

Mary Jones was very friendly and any time I asked for something like my eticket, she promptly responded.

DONT EVER USE THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM. THEY ALLOW YOU TO BOOK A FLIGHT AND THEN CALL YOU HOURS LATER TO TELL YOU THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL AND THEN OFFER YOU A DIFFERENT FLIGHT. THIS WENT ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES.
