This is my very first time using Flights Nest and I had some concerns. That said, Jenny Smith was very helpful and explained the Flights Nest process for booking out flights to Ft. Lauderdale. The process occurred just as she explained it to me and her follow-up was very good. Im quite pleased with my first experience. Thanks and God bless. Thomas R. Aslesen
