I bought a ticket online and a few hours later they told me that the price they gave me was not correct, now they want 260 dollars more. They are trying to still from you. If the price says 460.00 it should be that ,no other price. Now I cant go to see my mother in bed in Puerto Rico. I will report this the BBB and to the FAA and DA office of the state.

First time using flights nest so was very skeptical, but Ms Cathy Walton allayed my concerns and followed up every step of the approval process. She was very helpful and professional. Took longer than expected to issue the ticket, but was eventually issued. Thanks again Ms Walton for all of your help!

DO NOT BOOK ANTHING WITH THEM!!!! I booked a one way flight that they had listed and made plans and got a call saying that flight was not available but they had another flight for $600 more I could buy. Terrible customer service and would not let me talk to a manager. Very bad way to run a business.

This company is a scam… they advertise low prices and then come back and say the prices have gone up. Stay away from this company at all cost.
