I think the calling policy for ticket validation and confirmation should be explained thoroughly when booking. The prices are the lowest, but not always available. When I spoke with Mark, he was patient and followed through on procedures to quickly give me the best next deal. He explained the process and gave me early booking advice.

Jenny was great. I had to fly due to a sudden death. Mark and Henry were helpful as well. I had called several times to chat with them about the process and they answered all my questions and helped me through the challenge of doing something new. They couldn’t get my original request but Jenny kept trying while I stayed on the phone to work with other passengers to get the best deal for us.

Had a good experience Mark Frazier really connected all the dots for me and made it simple even though I gave them such short notice and he also gave me some good pointers for future planning on any flight bookings.

I had a very good first time experience with Flightsnest.com! Airline tkt price was significantly lower than anywhere else I could find online! I had a delay in their response to my first call - when I called to enquire on status ( I couldn’t wait for the 48h they’d indicated it could take). But after that their agent I reached was always there within a few seconds of my placing the call - to place a revised booking, address any other concerns - never had to go through explaining situation to a yet another person ..- could recognize from my phone number I guess. Anyway, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any agency.

Jenny was very helpful and responsive. She connected with me by phone and email in order to make sure my purchase was approved and we had the airline tickets we needed. Very grateful for her caring approach.
