Mark was very helpful
Mark was very helpful. However, I couldn’t always understand what he was saying due to the accent. He was very friendly and I could tell he wanted to get everything done correctly. Also, I’m glad I did answer because I didn’t see the airline number pop up. All in all, he did a good job. Barbara Crawshaw

Henry Dawson got us a great deal, even though it was not original price tag
Henry Dawson, was our contact point with flights nest. Henry did a great job communicating the ticket purchase process and was able to secure a great price for us. Some here say this is a scam, but in our experience and opinion this was a positive overall experience. The original prices were 27% of direct-airline prices. Understandably this was too good to be true, but Henry was able to secure a 45% price point compared to direct-airline prices. We'll definitely we using this service again.

Do your own research
Over all the help was wonderful. My biggest issue was that I was told to purchase a higher price ticket from the one advertised on their website. Unfortunately I had to talk directly to the airline about this and ended up fixing everything on my own. Please beware of these services, I understand prices are dynamic. I still feel cheated out of some money after all.
