FLIGHTS NESTReviews of flightsnest.com

I was drawn into Flights Nest because they provided the cheapest flights along with the largest number of flights, mainly non-stop, which is what we were looking for. I was a little disappointed when I booked the flight on-line and then received an email response that the flight I booked did not have the cheaper seats I had applied for. I wish that Flights Nest would be up-to-date with what seats are currently available for the correct price. I still saved a lot of money by booking with Flights Nest which is the first time I have used them. If all goes well with this travel I will be using Flights Nest in the near future for more trips.

While searching for tickets for our 12 family members vacation, I saw Flightsnest as a site offering tickets from a major airline at a savings from that same airline's website! I called Flightsnest and was greeted professionally and introduced to Jenny who was very helpful in answering my questions. I was extremely skeptical. I questioned over and over the legitimacy of a company that could offer the same round trip flight at a substantial savings from the major airline. Jenny was so patient with me, and she began to gain my trust! I purchased 2 tickets to see if I actually got tickets! I received 2 e-tickets with a confirmation. I went to the website of the airline, put the confirmation number in, and there it was!! I called Jenny and completed the remaining 10 reservations! We are extremely happy with our experience and will be referring our friends and family to this company! Thankful for your help!

Only downside is the price changed

Great price and great service by Emma

My overall experience was great! The website was easy to navigate. My only issue was the price changed after my purchase and I had to pay an additional $227 for the two tickets I purchased. I was told my basic section was sold out. The price was still better than booking directly through the airline. So it was still a WIN.

Emma was great in her timely responses and helping me pick the best flights based on my preferences.

Very professional in every manner & a drive to help the customer as much as possible. I'll definitely be using Ms. Jennie's services in the future. She's got a customer for life.!

Emma was wonderful rebooking our flights, She is very professional and I’m extremely satisfied with this Travel Site I can’t wait for my travel experience.
