I called to inquire about my e-tickets and the sales consultant was rude. I spoke with Jenny and she didn’t try to help with my concerns. I would only recommend this site for the deals.

I wanted to reschedule my trip and Luis Garcia helped me in figuring out the way, find the best route for my travel, and also made sure that I don't have to pay anything extra for my trip. He contacted the Airline customer care team and helped me in finding the best route for my travel. Thank you Luis for helping me and keeping me away from all the stress of contacting and waiting for hours to reach the customer care team and finding the best route for my travel.
