I have not had any problems with Fortress. Fortunately, I haven't had any real incidents but they always responded promptly whenever I accidently tripped my alarm. Customer representatives are courteous and professional whenever I have need to contact them.

Im glad i fired ADT. They didnt know a hotdog from a hamburger! and their cameras didnt last either! The techs at fortress really know their stuff.

I have been with Fortress Security since 2006. All the ladies at Fortress Security are the best when it comes to knowledge about the business and Customer Service on a whole. The technicians in and out the office are very good at their jobs. I have recommend others to Fortress Security and those who have service with Fortress are very pleased. Good Job Fortress Security

Have been with Fortress since 2009 with no issues. Decided to upgrade and add CCTV recently. Had a knowledgeable tech who made it a great experience. Great service and reasonable prices--what else could one possibly want!

From the start every one was very friendly and gave great customer service. We were able to have a technician come the next day to install. The technician called before to let us know when he would be arriving. He was very professional and patient. We have a 2 year old with a disability and 4 year old that is very curious. But he was very amicable and pleasant with them. Technician went over everything with us step by step exactly what he was doing and why. Usually you get the guys who come in and don't want to be bothered when they work and do there own thing. But he went over the in's and outs of what he was doing. Very nice. Usually most techs are not so well put together and with minimal people skills. But that was not the case. He was sharp and professional and easy going. The service is great it let's me have peace of mind while I am at work knowing that the most important part of my life is being well guarded and secure. We have had a couple of instances where we have a false alarm because I forgot the alarm was on and the monitoring service was quick respond and make sure everything was alright. Not to mention the customer service center at the office called a few days later just to double check we were doing well. I have never seen that before. The entire staff is quite personable and I don't feel that I am just another Joe schmo of the street. They know my name and know my family as well. I recommend them to my friends and family. It's just so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that still care about the customer. I hope the staff gets to see this and know that we really appreciate there work.

Here is a company that shows dedication to the Customer whether you are at home or visiting abroad. That speaks volumes for me. I have established a special relationship with staff and they have not disappointed. They are pleasant and dependable with response time to queries that is quick. The times that I erroneously opened a door with disarming, along with rapid response, I liked their detail to accuracy by requesting rather than repeating your security info. I feel very comfortable and secure with this company.
