Purchased a swift horse pro in 2025,lots of power, battery life is great,replaced the rear shock with an air shock big difference love the bike recommended to a friend and he bought one, mud gaurd rod broke hauling in wind got in touch with Carl and he took care of it great service

Swift horse customer
I bought a swift horse electric bike from freesky about 6 months ago. I use it to do all my local shopping. I put a set of bags on my back rack so I could carry things. Carl is my representative and he returns my emails very fast. I had a crack in my start button and Carl sent me a whole new setup under warranty. The battery life is amazing on this bike. I'll do my shopping all around town and only use about 15% battery on assist three. The bike has been very durable and hasn't let me down yet thanks Carl and free sky

GREAT BIKES AND GREAT SERVICE
FREESKY makes great bikes. I ride a swifthorse pro xe. It's strong, reliable and has a sleek look. One of the best parts of buying a Freesky bike is the support. Shout out to Carl in customer support for his help when I needed support. My problem was fixed right away with no delay. Its a great company with great products

Dealt with Horlan about pedal post…
Dealt with Horlan about pedal post being stripped out and causing the pedals to wobble. Alaska Pro 2025. Stated he would send new parts as requested, 5 stars for the service but 4 stars marked because I am pretty sure this should not have happened to a new bike with limited riding time last season.

So far very good customer service!!
Kenny from freesky has been great to deal with, texted me shortly after ordering the bike. Helped me along with a few minor questions that I had. Highly recommend freesky, this is my first e-bike and will be getting another one for the wife from freesky hands down.

I Purchased the bike a month ago
I Purchased the bike a month ago, it arrived faster then expected, assembly was really straight forward as all the tools to carry this out are supplied. since then I have rode the bike most days. on all types of terrain. its a little heavier than i was expecting (not sure what I was expecting really as its my first ebike) but its pretty amazing, does everything better then expected 100% happy with this purchase. so happy I am just looking into getting a 2nd thanks again Tony
