I think the best part of this whole purchase was the customer service. Kenny handled a return of a second bike with no problems whatsoever. The bike was too big for my wife. Follow up was amazing. The bike is exceptional as well. Easy to put together and great reviews. I finally got to ride and the bike was excellent. I purchased because a friend purchased one the year before and gave it great reviews.

I have recently purchased a Nova B 360 and I'm really surprised just how good the bike is. Good build quality and a joy to ride. Excellent customer support. If anybody is in the market for an e-bike I would highly recommend a FreeSky.

100 out of 5 Star service! Freesky really went above and beyond with their customer service. They sent me a whole new screen after I had a little accident on my bike. Also a new twist throttle when I first got my bike. Now my bike is running perfect again and looks a little better with the cool new screen they gave me.

LOVE my bike. It was delivered on schedule; instructions to finish construction were simple to follow. Support is AWESOME. I had a problem with a button and a new one was shipped immediately, and it was followed up on! I also thought I had an issue with my shock, and support was quick to tell me what I needed to do to get it feeling just right. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with my Freesky Alaska Pro. It is a quality product, handles dirt roads with ease, and has a LONG battery life. I'm not the lightest of guys and it has the torque to easily move me up steep inclines. I've spent more money on a standard mountain bike than I spent on this electric bike. 10/10 value. I had one small issue with the bike after purchase (my fault) and Horlan at Freesky promptly helped me out.
