Hi, I have had various products from freesky, fenders,rack,mirrors, all excellent parts and fitting was really easy. In my experience their after sales service is second to none, Jensen, has gone above and beyond helping me with queries and information I needed, always replied within 24 hours , clear and easy to understand information, the amount of times I have asked questions and advise!, you would have thought, would have been overwhelming ,NO, Jensen, is always helpful, polite and respectful, and knowledge wise, I have not had a questions unanswered . This bicycle is very strong and built…
This bicycle is very strong and built well. Kenny was very helpful when we had any issues with getting a handlebar adaptor and brake pads. He was quick to reply and was able to resolve our concerns quickly. We will need to purchase another battery because this one lasts 4-4 hours only but it gets the job done.

Troubleshooting Freestyle Wildcat
Recently my Wife’s Freestyle Wildcat was exhibiting what was perceived to be an error on her control screen. Very good communication between Mona quickly resolved this to be a normal functioning indicator.
She is very pleased with her E-Bike and I am confident in the product produced and follow-up help.

Geat after sale service
Thank you to Daisy for the wonderfull after sale service I received for the Freesky Ebike. She send me 2 new Kenda tires to replace the original ones of another brand that were on the bike but that were not satisfactory and she also accepted to reimburse the installation of the new tires by my local bike shop.

Warrior M-530… what a great bikr
We received our free sky Warrior M-530 Ebikes on time and assembled them immediately. The bikes are exactly how advertised. The quality of the bikes is extremely good.
They are our first Ebikes and took a bit of practice to get used to the gears and the pedal assist.
However since then we have had a great time on them. The battery life is exceptional and when you require a bit of assistance on steep hills we switched to front and rear motors. I could not believe the power in 2 wheel drive, I just couldn’t stop laughing at how easy we climbed the Tumble. Just Google the Tumble to see how tough that hill is. I’m 18 stone in weight and 6ft2 inches tall. There was no issue reaching the top.
Only one issue we free wheeled down so fast that we put a lot of heat into the brake pads and calipers but that was to be expected.
I love the bike and can’t wait to get out on it again. Thanks freesky.

Intense daily rides throughout the west
I bought the Alaska Pro in the fall in order to prepare and plan this coming summer’s rides in the northern mountain and plain states. I added heavy duty tires, anti-flat liners, 400 W PV system on the roof of the van, 280 AH battery, and will carry 6 gallons of drinking water to facilitate daily 40+ mile rides in wild lands, urban areas, and established western bike trails and paths. June 1st, departure. This is my third ebike, so I’m confident that choosing this Alaska Pro will prove to be the right choice.
