Worst CGM I have ever used. Unfortunately my insurance dos not cover Dexcon any more. Alarm dosent work half of the time. Daily constant loose connection which for a piece of equipment that’s supposed to keep you alive is very concerning and alarming. Won’t use it again or recommend

This is the biggest waste of money
This is the biggest waste of money, more then half of them fails. I stopped having them replace them, because the replacement fail too. They don't want to fix what is wrong with them, because they get paid by the government no matter how it works. They need to pay the government back for wasted tax dollars. Most of the failed within an hour of putting them on, others last a week or fall off when you sweat. They need the shit sued out of this company. How do you get by with sales of worthless junk. Going to ask to try something different next doctors appointment. I would gives 0 stars if I could. I have experience the same thing many times over the past year. Glad I am not buying them....junk!

No patient privacy!!
Have they never heard about patient privacy???? When my sensor gets too low or too high (or thinks it is), it makes my phone beep VERY loudly. So I turn it down so not everyone around me knows my business, just me. But it cranked the volume back up!!! Imagine I was in a movie theater and indulged in a little too much popcorn. I turn the volume way down so only I can hear it, but it shrieks loudly anyway!!! NOT EVERYONE IN THE THEATER NEEDS (or wants) TO KNOW THAT!!

My grandpa has just recently started this and the customer service is so rude. He has had 3 sensors to fail, not stick or something.... and they said they will not replace anything due to user error. 🙄! I hope when he goes back to his primary doctor, they can switch him to something else.

Sensor too easily dislodged. I was initially impressed with the…
I was initially impressed with the constant feedback and it immediately helped me to change my eating habits. However after only 7 days the sensor fell out and I got a minor infection where the probe had been. I would happily continue to use the sensors if I could be assured they would stay in place but at the price point they currently are it’s too expensive for only 7 days.
