horrible company to deal with. tried to purchase a dishwasher, said i qualified for free shipping. after i purchased it, they added on shipping. customer service sucks and made lots of assumptions. i have screenshots to prove they are wrong. i ended up fighting with them any they final canceled my order

My dehumidifier failed after 8 months of use. I have had to call 9 times over 2 months - SO FAR - to get a replacement. I received an email last week that the replacement was going to be shipped, but they had the wrong address. I called to correct the address, they were accommodating. Today I received another email with the SAME WRONG ADDRESS on it. I will try again to get them to correct it today. Can't be more frustrated with their HORRIBLE customer service, but I'm too angry to give up now.

I purchased a Frigidaire Professional appliance suite in March 2025 and within 4 months it has been a nightmare. The range caught fire after just 6 weeks. The first refrigerator completely defrosted and ruined all my food. The replacement refrigerator constantly beeps every minute and builds condensation inside. I’ve had to keep turning the power on and off just to stop it — and sometimes that doesn’t even work. The local store sent a repairman, but of course the beeping stopped while he was here, so nothing was fixed. I’ve emailed Frigidaire corporate and customer complaints multiple times and received no response at all. For appliances that cost thousands and carry the “Professional” name, the quality is awful and the customer service is nonexistent. At this point I want a full refund — I shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to get working appliances. Frigidaire should be ashamed of selling such poor-quality products and abandoning customers when things go wrong.

We purchased a new Frigidaire 20 cu ft. upright freezer for our home in August of 2022. Last week, it quit being a freezer and became a fridge. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it for 2 days and lost many hundreds of dollars worth of food. We spent 325 dollars on appliance repair which worked for almost one day and then it quit entirely. The compressor had given out. 1-800 Frigidaire said they would give us a discount on parts. The freezer lasted exactly 3 years and 2 weeks. Even in todays disposable society, a 1200 dollar investment should last way longer than it did. Last Frigidaire we had lasted 10 years. Very disappointed. Purchased a new Maytag today out of necessity.

MY PRODUCT DIED AFTER 3 YEARS

Customer support is worse than the broken refrigerator. It has been 124 days, and still no working fridge. They finally decided to replace it, but who knows how long that will take.

Warning! In April of this year we bought a Frigidaire Gas Range from Best Buy and purchased the extended insurance. It was installed and the oven has never worked. We notified Best Buy when it was installed that the oven was not working. They informed us that since it was past 15 days since the purchase, for the first year we had to notify Frigidaire and they would repair and/or replace it. Frigidaire said they would send a repair person to fix it. It is now August, after 6 repair visits, and waiting for parts we were finally informed in the first week of July that they would replace the range (which is now dangerous if turned on). We still do not have an installation date. The managers at Best Buy say it is Frigidaire's problem and Frigidaire has multiple times promised to call us back with a date and not called or emailed. We keep calling and it would appear we are out the $1400 we paid. Update: Well less than one week after I posted my review and contacted the BBB, we received an email saying a new range would be delivered in 2 days. No details were given. It was delivered and installed. The oven seems to work. A few days later, Best Buy corporate contacted us to verify that the problem was resolved (they needed to respond to BBB) and asked us to notify them of any further problem. We finally have a working oven after more than 3 months.

Purchased an Upright Frigidaire deep freezer in May 25, In July of 25 the freezer has a blinking green light and a beeping sound and has completely thawed our food so we have lost all our food. Contacted customer service which they appear to be using an India answering service. Scheduled service but it is a month out, so we won't get a determination on our appliance for a month. My opinion if it was a quality product you wouldn't need service after only 2 months. I would avoid this brand and save yourself this headache.
