beware before purchasing. we bought our fridge in 2015 and have purchased an extended warranty (through Frigidaire) ever since the original warranty expired. thankfully we have had no issues with the fridge but our ice machine has not worked properly in the last 2 years. we have had multiple servicemen come out to try and fix it and nothing. we have to wait weeks for an appt and then each time is guaranteed a follow up visit because "a part" has to be ordered. still no working ice maker. so if you like horrible customer service (including being hung up on) , LONG waiting times, and wasting your time dealing with this company FRIGIDAIRE is definitely the right purchase.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Buyer beware. My range broke after two weeks. And customer service is none existent. When I went on their FB, there are lots of people complaining about how poorly Frigidaire products are now.

I brought a flip house with all Frigidaire appliances. We have been here 3 years.... microwave is broken. Refrigerator shelves falling apart. Range broken buttons. Range broke within first year they won't honor warranty because the people who flipped the house. brought not me......even though the tags were still on the appliances.

From the time I first reported the issue with my new side-by-side refrigerator, it took took approximately 3 months and 2 service visits to get it replaced under the first year warranty. Overall, the entire process ended up being more frustrating than necessary, with the blame being shared with A&E factory appliance whose first tech did not report the issue per Frigidaire's protocol. After spending hours on the phone with both companies and not making any progress, I ended up opening a BBB complaint with Frigidaire. A second service visit was scheduled and I had to tell this (different) A&E tech what steps he needed to take because apparently he didn't know either! Since the model I had was discontinued, it was replaced with the newer version and I received a full refund of the extended warranty I purchased on the defective unit.

I have the Frigidaire 23x33 wide side-by-side. THe freezer started a few months after purchase of frosting up in the freezer. I finally was able to get a tch out with the help of the salesperson from Spencer in Arizona. The tech heated the seal on the first visit. This did not solve the problem. On the second visit on 9-21-21, he replaced the seal. It made the whole situation far worse. Now, instead of just leaking, the door does not seal at all. The ice thawed overnight and drained out onto the floor, frozen food was lost. It was purchased on 1-30-21. Customer service told me today that it will 7 to 10 days before they will do anything. So, in the meantime, I have a freezer that is running constantly that I can't use, no ice and lost food.

Do not ever purchase Frigidaire appliances! 3 years ago I purchased a refrigerator/freezer/microwave/oven/dishwasher combo. The dishwasher was terrible from the start. I had 3 service calls the 1st year because it was leaking. Eventually I had enough and purchased a GE dishwasher as a replacement. The other items worked fine. The plastic in the refrigerator/freezer was super flimsy and the shelves have broken but it still worked so I wasn't too concerned.over the last 2 years(keep in mind, I've only had the appliance for 3 years) the ice maker crapped out on me so I replaced that and the auger in the icecube tray that pushes the ice out will not work. I have a service contract for my appliances that I pay for monthly with Xcel so they came out and said that the auger was bent so that's why the ice wouldn't come out. They don't cover the components in the ice maker bucket so he tried to re bend it so it would work but it did not. I went almost a year having to stick my hand in the bucket to get ice out and then I finally had enough of that and on August 4th 2021 I ordered a whole new bucket/auger combo for $212. I received it sometime the following week and installed it. About a week ago it stopped working again. Today I called FRIGIDAIRE to get a replacement auger and they would not send it to me since they only guarantee the parts for 30 days from when I ordered it. The parts broke within the 30 days but since it took time to arrive, for me to install it and for me to call customer service,I was over the 30day mark by an extra 2 weeks and now they are unwilling to remedy the situation. I guess my point of this rant is to say that Frigidaire has terrible products and even worse customer service so I would recommend that you do NOT purchase anything from them.

A real comedy of errors and not to be trusted USA HOME DEPOT / FRIGIDAIRE delivery process, customer service for the delivery of all my kitchen appliances. The multiple failed scheduled deliveries will leave you stranded because of the referral to never ending third party holds, no response to SMS, no Home Depot delivery accountability. Truly a nightmare despite all efforts. Think twice before you buy here!

OMG why didn't I read these reviews first. This dreadful company doesn't care if their product is garbage. Owned it for 7 weeks and it broke down at 2 weeks. Everything rotted inside. The store who sold it have told me I can only go to Frigidaire. There is only one support number which says basically, so sorry sucker, the only person "overseas" who has been outsourced is not available. Call again later. I have called 32x. Once I got in touch and it was a bad connection. He told me to hang up and he would call me. He didn't. Another time I got thru, made the service call for the next day, and found out today that it was never put thru so I have to start over again. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. $1207 FOR NOTHING. NO RECOURSE UNLESS I SMASH IT UP AND SEND IT TO THE CALL CENTER FAR FAR AWAY. I want service or a replacement but I know I am screwed.
