A lot has changed since then. Over 2 million people now use Fundrise and we manage nearly $3 billion in equity across real estate, private credit, and venture capital. It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. But our mission remains the same. It’s what drives us to continue eliminating barriers, developing new investments, and working tirelessly to make this the best investing experience you’ve ever had. I've been investing with Fundrise for over a year now. It's easy, simple, and straightforward. You can set and forget - or micro-manage to your heart's content. I'm an amateur at investing, but unlike other online investment services I've dabbled with, Fundrise has made me money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

The team at Fundrise has thoroughly explained every aspect of how their real estate investing platform works. I'm still a youngster to the group, but I'm already seeing good results!

Granted, I have only been invested with them for about 8 months now, thus far I am getting a good ROI, they are very communicative, responsive and provide every detail needed to be confident in your investment with them. Anyone looking to get into investing in real estate in a completely passive way should get on board with Fundrise!

I have been an investor on the Fundrise platform for nearly 3 years. I have really enjoyed this alternative investment and have achieved returns that are definitely worth it. As with any alternative investment, liquidity is difficult (I have no yet tried it). The platform for investing is fantastic and easy to use...investor updates on properties are fund to read and feel like you're staying involved with the company.
