Have had a great experience with Fundrise so far. It's a great way to add some diversification to your portfolio, and it's nice that their minimum investment is more reasonable than competitors. The website is well designed, the returns are solid, and the customer service is prompt and detailed.

Very transparent way to invest and diversify portfolio. Very pleased with communication, ad much easier to invest in real estate as a pool of different projects than a single property.

The perfect way to start investing in real estate if you lack a ton of money.

Real Estate Investing made easy. I have been with Fundrise for about 2 years now. Great opportunity to participate in large real estate investing like the big guys without the hands-on hassle of being a landlord or manager. I have been very pleased with my returns.

I read about Fundrise online some time ago, and decided to try it out to see how it "works". I have been very impressed with their communications, investor relations generally and, of course, their results. It is VERY easy to manage the investment process, and the whole thing is transparent. So far it has been a great way for a small investor like me to participate in the larger commercial real estate investment business. After a trial balloon investment, I put in additional funds, and recently participated in their recent online "IPO" to existing investors.

I've been with Fundrise for about 6 months and only wished I'd joined earlier. They're process has been amazing. For what it's worth, returns have beaten expectations so far. Low fees and well run.

Fundrise has been super-easy to work with and incredibly transparent. From my experience, the company appears extremely well run and competent. I've been watching them for a couple years and only wish I'd joined sooner.

A good company that you can invest in as part of your diversify portfolio. You can invest in real estate without the actual headache of ownership and with excellent returns!
