So pleased with the service. The Urn is beautiful and came so quickly, much earlier than expected. The website doed not say an expected delivery time, which was a bit concerning. However, we received a notification of shipment the next day along with a tracking number. Just a couple days later and to my surprise, the Urn was received.

They were very nice and easy to deal with. The urn we originally ordered was damaged in shipping to themselves they offered another one at the same price as the original one. They also showed options close to the original urn ordered.

I like my hummingbird nightlight. The only problem I had was the wire that holds hummingbird was a little crooked and I could not get hummingbird to go on all the way and right direction.
