I received a lovely box for my beloved dog’s ashes. When your heart is broken, it’s nice for everything to be as ordered.

This was precisely what I was looking for and arrived in a timely manner. The urn was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful and high quality in person. Packaging was very thorough protective. Care instructions provided with urn were very helpful. The temporary urn fit exactly as described. This purchase was everything as it was described to be, exactly what I was hoping for.
