The website was easy to navigate, products were very easy to see and the descriptions were detailed. Ordering was easy, payment methods were clear, communications were easy to follow. The item I ordered was delivered quickly and was exactly as described. No one wants to use Funeralwise services, but we all have to at some time. I decided to make my arrangements well in advance and Funeralwise was very helpful.

The necklace is lovely. It arrived on time and is beautifully sparkling. I love the little angle wing on the side and the chain has a good clasp. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Received Nouveau Butterfly Cloisonne' cremation urn. Absolutely beautiful. Could not hope for more. It came within a few days. They kept me informed about shipping process. The price was considerably lower than another site with same urn. Love it!
