Hi Cody, Thank you for your feedback. The Lifeline phones that we provide for free are meant to cover essential use like calls, texts and light browsing, but we know some people need a little more. We do offer low cost upgrade options if you want better performance if you’d like to explore them.

My service sucks I barley get reception and my phone looses services constantly while on calls. 😑
