Love Givebutter! Fast, patient, knowledgeable support by real people. The program does everything we need and more, at a great price. We started using Givebutter about one year ago and I highly recommend it, especially to newer and smaller organizations.

I love working with Givebutter! The platform is easy to use, the support team/customer service is very helpful and quick on responses when I have a question. It's free to use, which is helpful when you are on a strict budget. I recommend giving Givebutter a try.

I worked with Julius and he understood my issue and walked me through step by step how to resolve it. We are in the midst of a matching grant campaign and our grantor needs to have the names in amount of those who contributed. I thought I had it figured out, but when I tried to export it, it was wonky. Julius walked me through the process by dumping the info in Google Sheets and Ta Daaa! All good! I do appreciate this platform and the people! Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing this! We're thrilled Julius was able to help get everything sorted out, especially with such an important matching grant campaign underway. Wishing you all the best with your campaign, and we're always here if you need a hand!

I signed up under the free section and setup all my pages etc then my payout card was notified as fraudulent activity and my bank changed my card…which was the payout card. I strongly suspect Givebutter had something to do with the fraudulent charges btw..then I tried to change the payout card to a new debit card and Givebutter would only allow the change if if I did face recognition and an Id card ..this company is so fishy I decided not to and canceled everything. They have no option for people not wanting to use face recognition software.

Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your hesitation around providing identity verification online. Givebutter partners with Stripe to securely process payments and payouts. In some cases, identity verification is required before certain changes can be made to payout information. These verification requirements are in place to help protect accounts and funds, and unfortunately, we’re unable to bypass them or offer an alternative verification method when they’re required. We also want to clarify that the identity verification request was a security measure required to update your payout information and was not related to the fraudulent activity you experienced with your card. We’re sorry that these requirements ultimately led you to decide that Givebutter wasn’t the right fit for you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
