Jeanie was a delight and very helpful in helping figure out what my next steps need to be. Unfortunately there is not a solution yet to the question I'm facing, but a workaround will have to do for now.

I love that I can get help and answers to my questions so quickly at any time through the chat with a real person (although the AI is better than most as well). If the answer to my question is "no" I am always directed to create or vote for a new feature request. The changelog is helpfully transparent so I can see what features are being requested, planned and completed.

Thanks so much for the love, Melanie! We're so happy to hear you've had such a great experience with our support team. It means a lot that you appreciate both our human support and our AI, and we're glad the feature request process and changelog help keep things transparent. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your support!

We use the free version of Givebutter and it's been an amazing gift to our small nonprofit museum! The customer service is better than the paid platform I used at a previous job -- excellent AI bot response with a direct connection to a polite, helpful human if needed. We have all the major bells and whistles needed to track gifts and build our Capital Campaign including an awesome email service in Engage. Great product!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Ann! 💛 It means a lot to hear that Givebutter has been such a great fit for your museum. We're especially glad you've had a great experience with our support team and that Engage has been helpful for your fundraising and Capital Campaign. Thank you for being part of the Givebutter community, and we're cheering you and your museum every step of the way!
