I ordered lashes and the liner glue the first week of October, and it’s now December 15th and I have yet to receive my order. Any time I check on it, it keeps saying they’re getting it ready to ship. It takes TWO months to ship? I paid for express shipping too. I’ve send multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order or to refund me and of course no one ever gets back to me. What a SCAM.

These are nice lashes and they serve their purpose. They work if you don't mind having to fumble with sticky eyeliner oh it was difficult to apply and it doesn't glide smooth so it gave me a broken and uneven lines. Under than that they work as they should. Oh. the Shipping takes 3 weeks. Also, I have only tried it on my left eye and it gave me some kind of eye irritation so I emailed customer service if the eyeliner has high amount of formaldehyde then I'm allergic which I did not see in the ingredients section, still waiting for their reply.

I tried these because I haven’t ever been able to apply lashes with glue. I was super excited to get these. Their customer service is amazing. I accidentally took off my Black Friday code and they gave me the money back as if I had gotten the deal. I had to cut mine on the end. It took awhile to put the eyeliner on, but I’m really not good at eyeliner anyway. It was very sticky though. Also, for the money the packaging was sort of cheap. I mean spending about $90 each time your lashes get worn down and your eyeliner gets gone is a lot of money. I would advise you to try different brands on Ebay or Amazon. You can get magnetic lashes and eyeliner (with probably the same quality or better) for less than $15.

Worst lashes ever. Liner is thick and lashes dont stay on. They worked better when I used lashes glue with them. $100 down the crapper.

I received my set yesterday so I’ve only worn these once but so far my experience has not been great, these are some of the problems I’ve experienced so far; - The Liquid Liner is probably the worst eyeliner I’ve ever used. It’s extremely thick & sticky.. This makes it extremely difficult to apply- I couldn’t get a clean line, and it’s a nightmare to get off your (real)eyelashes if you get some on them accidentally (which is pretty much inevitable since it’s so goopy) it really clumps up your lashes, it’s honestly just pretty gross. Also the packaging feels cheap which was kind of a slap in the face - Secondly, the eyelashes are extremely uncomfortable. The top strip alone is tolerable, maybe just a little heavy if anything - but without using the “lash anchors” that go underneath your natural eyelashes, the fake lash won’t sit flush to your eye & it looks really bad.. This is only a problem because the anchors suck. It’s really uncomfortable to have a magnet basically inside your eye -never mind 3 or 4.. Blinking or closing your eyes with the anchors on is so uncomfortable it almost hurts. On top of that, you can sometimes see the anchors (especially in the inner corner) which just doesn’t look very good - Lasty, I spent $90(CAD) on a set (I got them on Black Friday, $90 was the SALE price), it took almost a month to arrive & I was charged an additional $25 at the post office.. Personally, I already felt like I had overpaid with just the $90.. the surprise $25 fee really bothered me.. I understand that as a Canadian, when ordering from the States, you (theoretically) sometimes have to pay duty fees but I have been ordering stuff online for years and never once actually been charged. I would’ve at least appreciated a warning. ** That being said, if you can manage to get them on right, & you can tolerate the lash anchors.. they are cute lashes.. but realistically the cons outweigh the pros & it’s not really worth it. In my opinion, the liner is the biggest problem. It’s honestly almost unusable. I have a feeling the felt tip liner might be a bit better but honestly I’m not willing to risk it. *For those of you who have already bought it; What I have found works best is to draw a thin line along your lash line with the magnetic liner, then do details like your inner corner & wing with a different liner of your choosing- that way you can still use the lash but you don’t have to settle for gross lumpy eyeliner 🥲

I can’t believe I spent $200 on these. First time on and lash broke two magnets. Can never wear again. They claim customer service available 24/7 but they have bots answering their chat and ghosting my emails. I want a refund or replacement. Additionally it took three weeks to receive.

Ordered mine a while ago never arrived. Customer support doesn’t answer. I requested a refund never heard from them.

Scam! Don’t waste your money. Horrible customer service not worth it at all
