I just wrote a great review and then noticed one of my lashes is no longer magnetized. It will no longer stick to the liner. And I have only had these for a week. And spent $80.00 on them. Now I want to lodge a complaint and get a refund!

The worst ever. I was so excited to receive this product, only to open up the package and discover one of the lash boxes didn't come with a plastic seal, looked like it had been used and some of the lashes were off and stuck to the magnetic strip. Im highly disappointed with the eyeliner, its a mess! I should have bought the magnetic lashes at cvs at least I would have only wasted like 20 bucks vs. buying this bundle. Don't buy if you value your hard earned money.

Worse product ever! Overly expensive!!! The lashes don’t stay on and lift at the end and corner of my eyes! Liner gets super sticky and transfers to my upper lid.... almost makes my whole lid black!!! !!!!!THEY ARE A SCAM AND DONT LISTEN TO THE HYPE!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this shady company. Been fighting with them to get my refund and they still haven't. They are the shadiest business I have dealt with in my entire life. Stay as far away from them as you can!!!

Do not order from these guys. I ordered their bundle, it took three weeks to arrive. When it got here, I receive a frayed and poorly packaged product - with lashes bent and falling, the wrapper wasn't even on so the lid was scratched up, and when I emailed about it, they offered to send me a replacement but that I'd have to pay an additional duty for it... I already paid 30% of duties last time, and to replace their product at their fault, they refuse to send it as a 'comp, or replacement', and I'd have to be responsible to pay more tax on top of the tax I'd already paid. (Btw, I don't mind paying duties, but the delivery company they chose deliberately charge their clients LESS money to ship, but then claim 'service fee' at the receiving end in addition to duties.. I know this because I asked the delivery company and they explained this why companies choose them/how they are able to keep their prices competitive to other delivery services.) Also, after trying the other sets of lashes for three days in a row, each day applying the liner differently, to make sure I wasn't applying it poorly, I definitely would NOT pay extra to have the first set replaced. I'm not sure who is reviewing these lashes and why people are raving about them, but the ends of my set do not stay on past 2-3 hours of wear. The lash is ON my eye, but the ends have a mind of its own. It's not a matter of using more liner because if I did I'd look like a giant PANDA. How can anyone use globs of liner in the corner of your eyes? And then the globs stay on your eyelashes and it's a pain to remove. It's actually a lot more reliable for me to use eyelash glue... Also if you buy the bundle, they give you the old formula, with wand instead of liner, it seems to have a lot less precision and dries out quickly too. Just don't order from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a reaction to the liquid eyeliner where my eyes swelled shut and my face had a rash for almost 2 weeks. Here is where the biggest issue came in. I emailed the support twice with no response. To the point where I had to reach out on Instagram to get a response. They asked to email again and when I forwarded my previous emails they said I was now outside the refund window but I could exchange... Exchange when my whole face swelled up. That makes sense. Do not buy from this company. Terrible quality, terrible customer service.

Bevare UPCOMING buyers if ur parcel never arrived they WILL NOT COOPERATE TO REFUND UR MONEY!! SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY!!

SCAM!! Email them you want a refund and they delay their response just so they can say OOPS SORRY 14 days no refund
