I was a bit nervous about purchasing this online but the reviews were outstanding especially the customer service. I had an amazing experience with Globlinker's customer service. I received the unit fairly quickly, wanted to get it in my hands before our European trip. Had a few questions about setting up, etc. and I received a response almost immediately. Back and forth emails and had everything taken care of within a few hours. I am looking forward to trying out the unit but feel confident that if anything comes up i will be in good hands.

Heard about Globlinker from my oldest son. I never heard of it before and was skeptical of it. My son felt it was just right for my needs. So I signed up. My Globlinker is working fine and I am enjoying it. No problem connecting to the local internet. Prices are reasonable. The whole plan seems simple enough. Thanks for the detailed explanation. I don't do much streaming. I check e-mails and do some online shopping. Time will tell, but I think I am going to like Globlinker. Thank you for the follow-up and concern. This is my go to solution when travelling around Europe and it's never ever let me down when my phone data has failed. Plus, the customer service is probably the best I've ever encountered.

Recently received mine and set up was easy, we are away at the moment and have four devices connected with no issues, customer services are great and very quick to respond. A great little product but big in performance. And covering all major networks it's great for when my phone has little or no signal. I would genuinely recommend Globlinker.

I have taken my Globlinker (GL) out in the UK to a few places where I know reception is poor and I was impressed how the GL worked. Off to Turkey next week so that will be a good test but I’m not expecting to be disappointed due to other people’s good reviews on how well it works in other countries. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I had this device for 2 months. The last time I used was in New York. It was very easy to use and the connection was great. I like it to have 2 GB of free data every month and they can be accumulated. If I don't use up the data, I will have enough data on my next trips. The other thing I would like to point out is the excellent customer service. The response was prompt and the representatives are friendly and helpful. I always get the answers within hours. I would recommend this device to anyone who are thinking to get sim card or esim.
