GloblinkerReviews of globlinker.com

Fast and competent and freindly support. plus the damn thing just works! got me through a tough down time with no phone connection. love Globlinker!

Have not yet used my Globlinker, however the customer support has been very attentive from setup instructions to follow up. Promptly responded and courteous. Thank you Maria!

Globlinker's customer service is responsive and quick. I used the product for a short trip to test it out and it was great having connection. My two travelers were able to connect to the hotspot seamlessly.

Globlinker has been amazing. I saw an advertisement for them on Facebook and as I've been burned before,🤦🏼‍♂️ I checked independent reviews, seemed pretty good. I bought one for an upcoming trip to the UK, last year I struggled with service and as an older American person I need it to be simple. I struggled with an esim last year. Their customer service has been spot on, I usually use email for it as it's easier for me and I don't always have phone service whole I'm out. When we got here I had already built up 10 free gigs of data plus the ten free I got for the promotion when i signed up. I've been here two months already and while I use wifi in the airbnb, globlinker has been invaluable on our hikes and walkabouts. I've only used ten of my twenty so far and did need to contact customer service a few times, because I'm not super smart on technology, but they were kind and courteous every time!!😃 I've used it multiple times when i didn't have any service near and all I had to do was turn on the device, sometimes I waited a couple minutes but usually it got me service within 40-45 seconds. Connect and I'm surfing the interwebs!!! It has been so easy to use and the people who helped me have been so helpful. I've showed it to multiple people here in the UK and everyone seems excited about it. A small initial outlet and you have service almost anywhere. We are returning to America on the queen Mary across the Atlantic, so i will see them if it works out there. I've been told it won't, but this company has pleasantly surprised me again and again so we will see. If it does I will be sure to post again. Karl

We use this when we go camping. Frequently, in rural areas, the signal can be quite patchy or non existent. We have used this device and it has always found a signal. It’s not the cheapest for data but the fact that it ‘roams’ all the networks makes it a great backup device if you need the internet.

After putting it through its paces in a few different settings. While sailing around the Shetland Isles, it delivered a consistently stable internet connection, impressive enough that we streamed the England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 football match live while moored in Unst, the northernmost island in Shetland. No buffering, no dropouts, just solid performance. I’ve also used it at home during a bout of fibre connectivity issues, and it stepped in seamlessly. Looking ahead, I’m planning to take it abroad early next year, confident it’ll hold up just as well.

I've now had my Globlinker device long enough to reliably report on it. I used it domestically on several road trips and it worked in places where my AT&T phone didn't have service. In May/June 2026, we took it with us on a trip to Portugal. Ordering the data plan was extremely easy and it worked fine when we arrived in Porto. We spent a week touring the countryside between Porto and the Eastern border and it continued it work everywhere we went. Even though my phone usually has service, I won't leave the house without ensuring that I have the Globlinker with me. With light use, the battery lasted 18 hours, with moderate-to-heavy use it drained in 8 hours. I was never concerned about battery life. Early on, I had several interactions with customer service because my initial unit quit working. The people were pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about the product, and the emails were relevant to the issue - NOT canned generic responses. I received my replacement unit quickly and it has worked fine ever since. The monthly data addition ensures that I'll always be able to use the unit. If they ever come out with a 5G version, I'll get it in a minute. I started out skeptical and am now a fan. This is a company that deserves to succeed!

I have two of these devices. They work great, and exactly as advertised. But what's more is the customer service is top tier. Not only were they immediately responsive to any questions or concerns I initially had, they even voluntarily follow up on a regular basis to make sure everything is working to my satisfaction. It's never taken more then 30-60 minutes to get an email response / resolution for anything at any hour of the day. You don't find that very often these days. Especially not with any type of ISP. Kudos!!
