It took less than 24 hours for my account to be set up after I submitted my form. The set up process was extremely seamless and they have already started answering my phone. Having been without a receptionist for nearly a month, I am so excited to have found such a professional service.

GoAnswer helped our small business track and answer calls while I was away on vacation. They were helpful, professional and a good value.

I have not had a lot of calls come in as of yet. However, the set up process was wonderful. Nazar Alexander is a wonderful account manager. I will surely refer others to this company. Pricing is reasonable too.
