I paid for my item to come at a certain time and still had to wait longer for it to come in as if I didn’t make a purchase

Old paint
The 2 gallons of paint I ordered had a stamped manufacturer date of May 2014. That means it is almost 11 years old. The paint was quite clumpy from age. This was not revealed in the description of the product at all.

Great product and I would've given the company 5 stars, but the item was kind of smashed because it was packed in an envelope instead of a box.

Emma Rose did above and beyond
Emma Rose did above and beyond. The original order took a while to arrive and then there was a Fedex mixup. She really wrangled the issue into submission. Within a week, I had my dresser.

My sink still has not been received and…
I am updating my previous review which I rated my experience 1 star. I have been dealing with Emma Rose, a rep from this company and she handled everything and got me my sink. She was very professional and attentive and made corrected the errors that had occured which apparently were the fault of the transit company. Not GOBEKUSA. Thank you Emma Rose for all of your assistance.
