They sent you messages to let us know who they are, when & do they will arrive, what their car looks like, and they are very friendly. But, I do think that they need to carry on conversation or starts a conversation. Both times, arrival and departs, both were very quiet.

We used the shuttle van service to get from our Orlando Airport hotel to the cruise port, traveling as 7 families. Everything went perfectly. The drivers were punctual, the van was clean and comfortable, and all our luggage fit with no issues. Communication was fantastic thru text message. However there was a hiccup getting to the airport with incorrect directions thru their app. There was a language barrier which made things a bit complicated but the driver was able to use a translator app to communicate. Luckily we gave ourselves lots of time and made the flight.

We had a very good experience with GOFASTPASS on our return trip from Port Canaveral to the Orlando Airport (MCO) and would highly recommend to anyone. Our car was clean and comfortable, and our driver, Joao, professional and got us there on time. Economically, and efficiently, this is a good company and we would use them again.
