The Help Good Dog Provided was NO Help at All
I wrote to Good Dog about an issue I had with a breeder. They responded in a timely manner to each of my emails, but the messages (all from different people) were basically the same; i.e., "sorry about the problem with your dog." Although they said they would investigate the issues, I believe that all they did was talk to the breeders and have them answer questions. They didn't actually go and observe the "facility," which is really crowded and dirty; thus, my pup was quite ill when we got it. They simply said the breeder met their standards. So you can interpret that however you want. Obviously, I'm not too impressed or happy about the "help" I received, which was no help. I'm not so sure that a Good Dog rating really means much at all.
