Fees from the app. are excessive. Our breeder was wonderful.

Was a great way to connect with breeders outside of my living area. Process was smooth. Only issue was upon purchase, there was an additional Good Dog fee I had not been notified of by Good Dog.

Easy transaction, good payment options

Other than my dog being pretty underweight when we went to the vet (he's kind of a weird eater though so it very well could be on him) and the ridiculous platform fees, I had an overall great experience! Very grateful to have such a wonderful pup with such an amazing temperment. Night one he was already doing sit and stay and a couple days in is pretty much fully potty trained. I haven't gotten my wisdom panel results yet, but as long as those come back positive I've got no more complaints!

Stellar breeder! Great experience overall but not crazy about Good Dog adding unnecessary fees automatically and making it challenging to figure out how to remove them.

Good Dog has truly been a wonderful experience for me as a breeder. I love that we can use applications to help qualify buyers and that buyers are able to connect with us as breeders safely and securely!

Overall, we have had good experiences with GoodDog. I wish they would focus less on the app and give us the same features on the desktop. Payments are secure, if not as quick as they could be, but at least we can have confidence in the security.

I've been connected to so many families! It feels good to know that they are verified by Good Dog. When I had a technical questions it was answered quickly. The agent was very pleasant. My only two complaints are about the ease with which I can sign on via my phone and how buyers continue to apply even after I have turned of the toggle about applications being accepted.
