We've added a new factory to manage the increased order volume and expanded our customer support team to ensure we can respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Upon reviewing your correspondence history, we can confirm that we've sent you a total of seven emails, responding to each of your inquiries. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if it seemed like some of your emails were unanswered. The delay in our responses was an unfortunate result of the increased email volume, and we're actively working to rectify this situation. Regarding the refund, we want to assure you that it was initiated on May 30th. This was communicated in three separate emails, which might have been overlooked due to the circumstances. Once initiated, Stripe, our payment gateway, submits the refund request to your bank. From there, it generally takes about 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund, depending on their specific procedures. As for the grounding cords included with our products, the configuration varies with each set. Typically, a Y-cable is included to connect the sheet and one pillowcase to the grounding outlet. Depending on the set ordered, we may also include a main cord for connecting the sheet directly to an electrical outlet and additional single-line cords for connecting pillowcases directly to the sheets.
