I’m finally getting my crown back! Happy Head is the only product that’s worked me and I’ve tried them all. I’d pretty much given up - even started playing around “what would I look like bald” but Happy Head changed that and it was easy to give it a try with their 6-month guarantee.

I was a little skeptical using a telemedicine service, but Happy Head has really been great. I love their Supercapsule as the oral pill is much easier to take versus a topical tincture. I didn’t notice any hair growth for a few months but I have now seen much thicker hair.

Happy head is having great staff. Alexander has been very professional, understanding and provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately for my last shipment there were some issues with pharmacy and Alexander made sure that it is resolved and I get shipment immediately. 2 days ago, there was a change in my Rx and Alexander has been so kind to send me a complimentary bottle to try! Doctors are also easily available and they give detailed instructions and guidelines to take care of your hair.

This rating is for the Happy Head customer service experience, not the products itself. Alexander A was fantastic. I really appreciated his help.

Hi everyone. I just want to tell you all be careful with ordering anything from this company. I had never seen any other one treat customers like that. My wife ordered their hair growth lotion. After getting all my info and charging my credit card, they requested a photo of her hair and a photo of her driver license before they send it to me. I have no idea why a hair supplement company needs driver license for sending a hair growth lotion. DL has info related to identity which may be subject to identify theft if you just give it to everyone. After one month, I received an email saying that they had charged me again double the price of 1st time for a renewal. I NEVER SIGNED A RENEWAL SERVICE. I called them and sent them a request through their website to cancell my subscription which I was not aware of and refund the unauthorized money to my account. They want the bottle of their lotion back which will need shipping cost to return. I don't recommend them. At least be ready for extra continuous cost. They do not have a better skill to make money. All you get out of them is strong advertising and no results.

Hi Saeid, Since Happy Head is a subscription-based service and provides prescription-grade medication, which we confirm during the sign-up process, and does require consistent use in order for results to show. Since the medication is a stronger solution it does require one of Happy Head's dermatologists to approve using your Driver's License, or any ID that has your DOB, full name, and photo in order to confirm identity. To clarify, a subscription is not required to order, and a trial period is definitely an option. But Happy Head is a subscription service to make consistent use easier, but it is not mandatory, with orders renewing every 25 days. We will happily refund the most recent order once it is returned back to us that's no problem. We thank you for your understanding and hope to hear from you soon.

I am four months in. A couple times I had questions and concerns. I got immediate responses from Elaiza and detailed answers. I like more than one word answers and she provides that. The increased hair fall initially has stoppped and I am feeling positive about what my results will be. They are right in time which each month's supply. Elaiza has been there and I appreciate her. Thanks, mark

I have had a good first six months and seen the positive effects and growth. That said in the past few weeks I have developed a horrible itchy rash on my scalp with welts that have even opened. I have stopped using the product but hope I can restart once the rash resolves.

Hi Lucas, We understand that every person will react differently to the medicine, which is why we emphasize customization. Perhaps there's a modified version of the formula that would work better for you, and we can send you a complimentary bottle to try. Our team will be reaching out to you via email to have you connect with your Happy Head Dermatologist to discuss an alternative option. Please keep an eye out for this email as we work on getting this side effect taken care of for you. Thank you for choosing Happy Head.
