Because Happy Head provides prescription medication, it’s a legal requirement that you submit pictures of your hair and photo ID to complete the Happy Head ordering process and for the doctor to write the prescription. You are always welcome to cover up all other personal information if it makes you more comfortable. I used Happy Head's flagship topical formulations for 6 months and these were the results: 1) continue hairfall (no effectiveness in stopping or regrowing hair, 2) severe sexual side effects (unlike what they advertise), 3) I started getting grey hairs (I'm only 26). Their customer service is also really horrible and they don't know what their talking about.

I ordered a bottle of min/fin forgetting I have cats (Minoxidil is extremely toxic to them). I only had the bottle a few days when the housekeeper spilled it, and I realized the fear of harming my cats made me way to anxious. So I reached out and Alexander got me hooked up with a new script for fin-only for immediate shipment. (I’m also on oral min which I was hoping to quit but I’d rather take it than kill my kitties.) Happy Head customer service is A+++ Pro-tip: if you have cats and spill, water and soap is not enough. Use a liquid bleach cleanser, which will interact with the formula and turn yellow. Alternate cleanser with water until the rag no longer turns yellow - then the surface is clean. Very glad I thought to double check.

"Six month money back guarantee" is not six months money back guarantee. I tried it for 6 months, it only made my hair thin faster with no sign of growth. when i asked for my refund, they said they only refund the most recent months bottle, for up to six months, if it's returned unopened. real bait and switch.
