Customer service
This is just a review of the customer service, not the product. The customer service is polite and straight to the point. The response time has never exceeded more than a day which is great.

I asked for help with a question and no one responded! It's been 3 days and I have not heard from anyone!

Thanks for your review! When it comes to hair growth medicine, consistency is key. For our topical solution, remember to apply 2x per day (morning and night). Results do take as early as 3 months and up to 6 months. If by 6 months you're not seeing results, we'll connect you for another consultation with the doctor to evaluate, and potentially recustomize your solution. Also, it's extremely important to take progress pictures (1x per month, same angle). This will help our doctor track your progress. Never say never
I'm 63 and have suffered from Male Pattern Baldness since my early 40's. I've tried everything out there excluding transplants. I thought it was too late for me to have hair again and was resigned to shaving my head. I saw an add for Happy Head and decided to give it one last shot. After just a few months I started to see results! I'm so excited to see what the next months will bring...thank you Happy Head.

It’s hard to be consistent when you run…
It’s hard to be consistent when you run out of product. I would think if you charge for product every 25 or so days you could get the product delivered in 30 days. I was charged on 4/25 and delivery is set for 5/18. My first order was received on 4/13 so a 30 day supply has been gone almost a full week when my second order arrives.
