Happy Head took 2 weeks to process my original order, and then charged me for another month only 3 weeks after the original order was placed, meaning I’ve been using the product for 1 week. Also, the prescription did nothing for me but break me out in a terrible rash on my scalp, which I’m still trying to recover from.

Inconsistent and missing shipments. I run out of product and have to ask status of my next shipment always after they've taken my money but not shipped anything. Super annoying.
