Wow! Where do I start. My customer support person has been Kyle. Kyle has done an outstanding job! I have called him on several occasions and he has been compassionate and very supportive of all my questions. This is my first time trying out the product and so far the service has been outstanding! I would recommend happy head to anybody who is looking to Keep their hair healthy. DG

This stuff has a very strong smell. My husband and kids say it smells like a skunk. But the team has been very helpful and responsive!

Great customer service! I had not received the product I had ordered a few months prior, and I was ready to get a refund and cancel my subscription. However, after a prompt response to my email, the representative was very kind and offered to expedite my product (although I still haven’t received it) and even gave me a discount for the next time I order the product. Due to her kindness, promptness, and professionalism, I decided to go ahead and take her up on the offer and continued to be a customer. Thanks for everything! P.S. I got the product! :)

I admit that I asked serious questions and had issues that were pointed and not easy for the customer service agent, but she handled it with grace and in-depth knowledge!

I found out about Happy Head about 5 months ago. I am in nursing school, so you can imagine, stress stress stress. I noticed my hair thinning and shedding. I have always been hesitant on hair re-growth products; but I reached out for a little information and this team was very quick in response. I went for it and ordered the product. After about 6 weeks of using the product, believe it or not I started seeing baby hairs coming in. I ended up having a mild allergy to one of the products, but again, I reached out, and immediately, this incredible staff was quick in response and they went above and beyond to look into this for me and re-formulate the product for me. I can’t wait to get this in, and begin using the product so I can Continue seeing the results. I can’t rave enough on how incredible the staff is at Happy Head.

The service is awesome and fast. Sandra was very on top of things and extremely efficient to speak to over chat. The product halted my hair loss too. I'll be a customer for life. I recommend it to everyone!

The only product I've tried that works. I've used name brand minoxidil in the past, I've used oral finasteride (Propecia) as well and NEITHER gave the level of results that HH has provided. The topical formula/application is incredible and above and beyond that, the customer service was extremely prompt and responsive to my questions. TY Francesca and Dr. Behnam.
