Hi there- we pulled up your order and looks like it is only 5 days old. As stated on our site first orders typically take 7-10 days to arrive while we process your info, set up the consultation with the doctor, confirm it with the pharmacy & have them make it, then ship it out. I can't provide tracking information in this response since it's public however looks like it was just picked up by FedEx so should be arriving shortly. (Also in general we respond faster at our support email/phone line so I'd recommend checking in with us there first if your order ever seems delayed!)

I've been using Happy Head for about 6 weeks. The ingredients look good, but it's expensive. You're better off using Maxogen based on ingredients/price. The problem with this product, and I'm surprised more people haven't written about it, is that it has the consistency of wallpaper paste. Literally, like glue in my hair (try running your fingers through that). It's impractical to use and makes your hair look terrible, whether you put it on wet or dry hair.

Hi Sean - thanks for providing your feedback. Our price point is due to our customized compound that we formulate based on each customer's specific hair loss situation. We're not "one-size-fits-all" or "off the shelf" like all other products in the market. Each bottle of ours is personalized for each customer. Also, our topical solution provides stronger, and more prescription-grade medicine (e.g., 8% minoxidil vs. 5% from others), as our Doctor's have seen higher efficacy as a result. About the consistency, you can try to apply with wet hair to help with the texture. If you have any irritation or dislike the feeling, you can wash it out after 2 hours without reducing its efficacy. I tried this product because of a significant discount. I do see a bunch of baby hairs and flyaways that I’d like to believe is new hair growth. I canceled my subscription because $79 a month is too steep for me. I can order minoxidil for cheaper elsewhere. When I signed up, everything was processed and reviewed very quickly, I received the product within a week, and even when I canceled the customer service was very prompt.

Our product is specially customized and compounded with multiple prescription medicines for each individual customer, and is not "off the shelf" or "one size fits all" like others in the market -- hence our price point. I did quite a bit of research before signing on for a membership. I was impressed with the formula of the product and decided to place an order. The many 1 star reviews were concerning as were 5 star reviews on their social media pages that clearly were coming from fake reviewers. After 2 weeks, and being charged, I never received a call from a physician to put the order and shipment in motion. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails, none of which were returned. Ultimately, I received a response when I threatened to file a credit card dispute for a refund. A real shame as I was looking forward to being a customer and using the product. The company seriously needs to improve customer service, and stop with the clearly fake reviews to offset the real 1 star ones, or will lose customers like me.

I’ve tried everything. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Topical finasteride is the last thing for me to use, and I have to say, i’m three months in and I’m already seeing gains. and as if that weren’t enough, their team is an incredible network that really supports their clientele. Shout out to Francesca Maramonte! You’re the best! I accidentally broke a bottle (Carelessly on my part) and she worked to help me get a replacement bottle immediately. Can’t recommend them more.
